Our Mandate
Atlanta Beltline, Inc. was created in 2006 by Invest Atlanta, the City of Atlanta’s economic development agency and the redevelopment agent for the Atlanta Beltline Tax Allocation District (TAD). Atlanta Beltline, Inc., or ABI, serves as the implementation agent for the Atlanta Beltline project, managing all TAD resources and other funding sources until the expiration of the TAD at the end of 2030.
